Terms & Conditions for
Trash Troopers 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Trash Troopers, a waste management company located in Mandeville, Louisiana. By utilizing our waste management services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Payment Terms
(a) Payment Due Date: Payments are due on the 1st day of each month. Customers are required to make their payments upfront to continue receiving waste management services.
(b) Late Payment Fee: If payment is not received by the 15th day of the month, a late fee of $35 will be applied to the outstanding balance.
(c) Service Cancellation: If payment is not received by the 20th day of the month, your services will be canceled. Trash Troopers will suspend all waste management services until payment is made in full. Reinstatement of services will require payment of any outstanding balance, including late fees, and may be subject to additional fees or terms.

3. Billing and Invoices
(a) Billing Cycle: Trash Troopers operates on a monthly billing cycle. Invoices will be issued at the beginning of each month, and customers are expected to pay the full balance due on or before the 1st day of the month.
(b) Method of Payment: Payments may be made through [specify accepted payment methods, such as credit card, debit card, check, etc.].
(c) Service Interruptions: Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in a temporary or permanent interruption of services.

Service Cancellation and Termination
(a) Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your service, you must notify Trash Troopers in writing prior to the next billing cycle.
(b) Termination for Non-Payment: Trash Troopers reserves the right to terminate your service if payments are not made within the established timeframe, as outlined in Section 2.

5. Liability and Responsibility
(a) Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste is properly prepared and placed for collection.
(b) Limitation of Liability: Trash Troopers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or cancellations due to non-payment or other factors outside of our control.

 Amendments
Trash Troopers reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms.
